Cancelling and refunds
How to cancel, and when you'll get your money back. This page summarises our terms of membership, which have the full detail.
In short
- Cancel any time in your account settings, in one click, or email support@thisway.health.
- Full refund if you cancel within 14 days of first joining, or within 14 days of an annual renewal.
- Founding members: full refund if you don't feel more prepared, within 60 days.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 14 days.
How to cancel
- Sign in and go to Account settings.
- Choose Cancel membership, then confirm.
- We'll email you straight away to confirm, with the date your access ends.
Or email support@thisway.health from the address on your account and we'll cancel for you. There are no calls, forms or "are you sure?" offers to get past.
When you get your money back

If something has gone wrong that isn't listed here, email us. We'll always look at it fairly.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through our payment provider, Stripe. We send them within 14 days of agreeing the refund. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
After you cancel
- Packs you've downloaded are yours to keep.
- Your record is kept for 24 months in case you come back, unless you delete it yourself. We'll email you 30 days before we delete it.
- You can still use the free questionnaire and your top next step.
