Menopause action plans are on the way
Employers with 250 or more staff in England, Scotland and Wales can publish a menopause action plan now. Plans are expected to become mandatory from spring 2027, subject to secondary legislation.
ThisWay-Menopause is one practical measure you can include: every employee gets a private, evidence-led route to the right help, with no extra work for HR.

Your people's privacy comes first. You'll never see who uses ThisWay or anything they tell us. Health answers are kept apart from everything else and never shared with employers.

£6 per employee a year, with a minimum of £2,500. The same licence will cover ThisWay-ADHD and ThisWay-Postpartum when they open.
