Anyone aged 18 or over in the UK who thinks perimenopause or menopause might be affecting them, whether you're just wondering or you've been trying to get help for a while.

We say "women" because most of our members are women, and we write so that trans men and non-binary people feel welcome too.

ThisWay-Menopause is fully online, with no consultations or chat. That keeps it affordable and focused on getting you to the right people.

No. We don't sell products or supplements, we don't run adverts and no one can pay to appear in a pathway. Membership is how we're funded.

Yes, your appointment pack, which is yours to keep. Articles and videos are viewed in ThisWay-Menopause. You can ask for a copy of your data, or delete it, from your account at any time.

No. Employers only see anonymised numbers, such as how many codes have been used. They never see who uses ThisWay or anything you tell us.

Yes. We give free access codes to charity and community partners, for people who might not otherwise be able to join. Email partners@thisway.health.
